Fall Classic Drivers List Growing!

September 30, 2004; Lake Geneva, WI. -  September 30th. In less than 24 hours,day number one of three days
of stock car racing will begin at Lake Geneva Raceway. The small car world championships sponsored by Bilderback Auto Parts of South Beloit, Illinois takes place with time trials at 6pm. racing at 7:30 sharp. Over 150 race cars are expected,with championships at stake in three classes, out of the nine to compete.

On Saturday the super late models will see quite the field of drivers,as Nathan Haseleu out of Arlington entry has been received by the raceway.An entry received Monday was Slinger champion, Brad”JJ”Mueller of Random Lake. Mueller had a great run at the NSTC nationals. Conrad Morgan a multi champion here and Slinger along with his son Donovan Morgan are ready to run. A few weeks ago Al Schill was listed as an expected entry, but the former champion, will not compete. Just a few minutes ago, an entry from Beach Park,IL. came across the desk of Promoter Kevin Dawson. Erik Darnell has entered the event. Darnell is a champion in the Wisconsin Challenge series and top racer in the NASCAR touring elite series.

In the limited late models, Andy and Nick Wendt are looking to win. Jefferson Speedway Champion, Dan Chesmore is expected, the 2002 winner of the main event. Dan’s weekend here went very well that year.

The Yellow Book USA mid American series will pit point leader Peter Hernandez against second in points Jeremy Miller, the MSCS champion and a field of 30 more drivers.

On Saturday time trials begin at 2pm.racing at 6pm. Sunday the show gets going at 1 pm.
