Small Car World Championships Rained Out Again!

October 1, 2004; Lake Geneva, WI. -.For the second time in two years the small car world championships at Lake Geneva Raceway were rained out Friday night. The complete program will now take place on Friday night October 8th. Bilderback auto parts of South Beloit, Illinois will again sponsor the show.

“We could not cancel the championship races for the legends, bandoleros or mini modifieds, these drivers have supported us all season, the drivers and race fans that came out all season will see a great program, next Friday night”stated Kevin Dawson, promoter and owner of the raceway.  All the other divisions are scheduled to race too, over 150 cars are expected, in nine divisions. If there are any other classes of cars that we have not put on the card, their representitive should call the raceway at 262-248-8566.

Time trials will begin at 6pm. racing at 7:30 sharp.Race fans with the weekend pass will still use their Friday night portion of the ticket and other fans who were coming   can purchase tickets at the spectator gate starting at 5pm.

On Saturday October 2nd. and Sunday October 3rd. the 14th. annual O’Doul’s Fall when over 300 race cars invade Southeastern Wisconsin for the biggest two day race show in the country. Time trials on Saturday begin at 2pm.racing at 6sharp.

On Sunday last chance races and features start at 1pm. Super late models, limited late models, super street stocks, Midwest modifieds, street stocks,pure stocks, mini sport trucks and Yellowbook USA mid American point series events will take place both days.
