Neal Gillentine was best in the formula- indy feature at LGR. Junior fan Chyenne Hill joined him in victory lane.

Erik Pierce paced the field as the sportsman feature began, with Rick Rowlett, Adam Berge, Gary Norton and Ken Smart tried to move up. Danny Powell and Jason Taghikhani got together bringing the race to a halt. Bobby Hacker moved into fifth as the race restarted. The next Yellow pages USA caution period came on lap four when Rowlett and Josh Bauer got together while running fourth and fifth.

On the restart Norton was all over Pierce with a new leader one lap later. Hacker was on a mission and two laps later the new leader had a challenge. Three laps later Hacker was the new leader. John Senerchia was tailing the new leader with Jeremy Bloomberg right behind him. Jeremy Miller wasn’t going to waste anytime as he closed in on Bloomberg.

It was a close race for second with Bloomberg nearly in a dead heat with Senerchia for the next four laps, at the same time Bloomberg was trying to move in front of the leader. On lap sixteen it wasn’t Bauer’s night as he got involved with Kenny Joosten and Todd Stoner in his first appearance of the season. The caution was the last thing Hacker wanted to see. The next green Hacker lost his front spot to Bloomberg .Hacker and Pierce tangled one lap later and another slowdown came out.

It was all out racing until lap thirty five as Bloomberg and Senerchia put on a real show with Miller waiting for any mistakes. Then on lap twenty six fast qualifier James Swan came up and around Miller. At the same time Senerchia gained the lead. The final caution came with five laps to go. The five lap dash for the race came with the green back out. Senerchia now had Miller getting  past Bloomberg after a quick battle.

At the wire Senerchia was the winner, with series point leader Miller second, LGR point leader Bloomberg third ,Swan was fourth with Jamie Dorsey Ken Smart and Norton rounding out the top six and another geat race for the series.

Vincent Merry led the first two laps of the super late model feature before a cauion period for a Joe Fischer spin. The race wasn’t even another lap old when Shane Bishop and the leader got together stopping the event again. Mike Meyerhofer led the next lap before Eddie May took control of the race. Fran Prestay in his first night of the season moved into third.

The room at the top was now extremely close with May, Prestay, Terry Patnode, Meyerhofer and Jason Hicks. A recovered Bishop joined that cluster one lap later but another caution came on lap twenty two. Then one more on lap twenty six as fast timer Billy Baumeister and Meyerhofer tangled. On the restart Patnode surprised Prestay but the spot was going to be Prestay’s. The race ended with May an easy winner. Prestay held onto second with Hicks, Jerry Cowan, Patnode and Earl Counter in his best run to date in sixth.

Dave Edwards led the first go round of the super stock feature, before Ken Eisbrenner moved in front. Trevor Mock flew into second on lap four, but two laps later John Janssen crept into second. The field remained tight and by lap eleven Janssen after racing side by side moved into the lead.

Once in front the race for second was the show with first Dave Melahn tried Eisbrenner, then Adam Mass to no avail. The race went to Janssen, with Eisbrenner second Melahn in the Adam Regnier third, with Mass getting nipped at the line. Mike Gunderson was fifth and Tom Roney sixth in a very close contest.
