2004 AWARDS BANQUET
SET FOR JANUARY 29TH
The 2004 awards
banquet for both Friday and Saturday race programs will be held on
Saturday, January 29th at Rumpole’s Banquet Hall in Twin
lakes, Wisconsin. Championship awards and money will be presented to all
qualifying divisions on Saturday night.
To qualify for the
championship money you would have to have participated in 75% of the
shows. The driver/drivers or car owner of record must be present to
receive your check.
You may download
the ticket order form from this web site and mail to the Raceway before
January 24th. There is a 350 seats capacity so if you have a
large party please make sure you get there early to get a table for
everyone in your party. Each table holds 10 chairs. The Raceway and
Rumpoles will not reserve seating for ANYONE.
Tickets are $20.00
in advance or $30.00 at the door.

RESERVE YOUR PIT STALLS
NOW!!!!
If you made 75% of
the 2004 race program and had a paved pit stall you must send a check by
December 31st to reserve your stall for the 2005 season,
Saturday stalls are $75.00 and Friday stalls are $50.00.
If you would like
to be placed on a waiting list please send check ASAP. We are SERIOUS
about the deadline so please make sure you get your money in NOW!!!!

SEASON
PIT PASSES AVAILABLE NOW
Finding it harder
to get that right gift for the hard to buy for person on your list. Well
season grandstand and pit passes make just the right gift for the racing
enthusiasts on your list.
The grandstand
passes are good for any REGULAR race program, and are $200.00. This is
based on a season of 25 regular race programs. Season pit passes are
$475.00. Season grandstand and pit passes are available now through the
Raceway office during regular business hours.
Friday passes are
also available at this time Pit Passes are $325.00 and Grandstand are
$100.00.
These passes
must be purchased before April 2nd (tech & practice day)

REGISTER
YOUR CAR NUMBERS
You must register
your car numbers with Dale Erdmann for the 2005 season. ALL divisions
can call Dale at 262-878-3940 and leave a message with the number you
are requesting and a contact phone number. He will call you if the
number is not available. So No news back from Dale is good news.
EVEN THOUGH YOU
HAVE HAD YOUR NUMBER FOREVER, YOU MUST STILL CALL DALE.

BARRS LET’S
GO RACING SHOW
MARCH 18TH,
19TH, 20TH
This show is one
of the largest racing industry car shows in the area. Displaying your
car can help you with potential sponsors and get you current sponsors
names out in front of the public in a different way. This show is
attended by racing enthusiasts and casual fans alike. This is a must do
for any racing team.
The BARR’S Lets go
racing show is held at the Original Outlet Mall in Kenosha, Wisconsin,
I94 and Hwy 40.

2005 OPENING DAY SET FOR
APRIL 9TH
There is going to
be a 2005 opening day. It is set for April 9th. I don’t know
about anyone else but it seems like this winter has been very long
already. So guys don’t wait too much longer to get your cars ready for
opening day. It will be here before you know it. Pit gates will open at
3pm for opening day only. The Super Lates, Sportsman and Super Street
Stocks will be on had to warm up the track for another great season of
the best short track racing in the Midwest.
Grandstand
admission is $10.00 for adults and kids 8 – 14 is only $5.00.
Pit passes are
$25.00

FRIDAY
NIGHT OPENING DAY SET FOR MAY 20TH
The 2005 Friday
night racing program will begin on Friday, May 20th. Pit
gates will open at 4:00pm.
The Millennium Late Models, BICS,
Mini Mods, Sport Trucks, Legends and the Bandoleros will all be on
hand for opening night action. As always racing starts at 7:30. So
tell all your relatives, friends, not so close friends, fellow
employees to come out and watch you race.
